The sculptures made by MB-Art show unique styles, shapes and proportions.
The regional woods used for this work are formed by traditional sculpting techniques as well as with modern machinery and chainsaw carving. This is how different sculptures of mainly two styles are created:
On the one hand, organically shaped objects whose characters preserve the natural form of the wood. On the other hand, sculptures where the material is completely reshaped and reflects exclusively the artist’s vision and design.
The surface treatment is mostly done with special oils, which underline the natural character of the sculptures and preserves them for years to come.
